Meghan

This lovely lady inspires me so much!  I've photographed her family for a couple of years, but this is the first time I've seen her in her element.  Let me just say, she rocked it out!  I was sweating just watching these amazing and STRONG women work out.  This particular class was a boot camp/yoga combo and it was serious business!  The wonderful thing was, that while this class is not for the faint of heart ;), it  worked for people of all fitness levels with people using modifications as needed.  Meghan was encouraging, motivating and I highly recommend her services!  Check out her website right HERE.
